decent stay with minor issues
clarins toiletries professional staff good breakfast small room complicated check-in overladen decoration
the staff demonstrated warmth. i especially appreciated alexandre's professionalism, despite his recent start (he acted like a pro!). the room included clarins toiletries. the breakfast was good (i found great value in the buffet).
the room felt small and overladen. there was little space, despite many decorations. the check-in process was complicated (i had to fill out many forms).

solid stay close to the metro
great linens clarins toiletries
location was solid near the metro. staff was friendly. the breakfast included good value for the price. linens were great quality, i did like the clarins toiletries.
the check-in felt long. i had to give a lot of information. the process with papers and id felt complex.

complex check-in small suite
The check-in process proved unnecessarily complex. i found the extent of data requested quite unusual. I have not encountered such thoroughness in other accommodations within the country. the requirement to initially complete forms on paper, then subsequently surrender my identification, felt cumbersome. also, the beautiful suite was smaller than expected.
